Mister Malmart is a classical product of good old-fashioned American corporate greed; he will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Like all great villains, his schemes are morally questionable and he stops at nothing to get his way. Somehow, you know the consequences of failing to deliver on his request will be dire. His style is manipulative: he?ll suggest the dirty work, and you?ll find yourself doing it.

In essence the character of Mr Malmart is your typical cartoon / pantomime nemesis, and should be played along these lines. Think more Scooby Doo villain than Wall Street's Gordon Gekko.
