 “Beat-less” is about a young man named Damien who finds employment in an unusual area – he cleans up crime scenes, however for criminals. Cleaning Strands of hair and finger prints, Damien does his best to assure that no one is guilty in the end. But when the police catch Damien cleaning up after one murder,  Deacon, a detective assigned to the case, interrogates Damien in an attempt to force a confession.  Instead, Deacon explores Damien’s past and discovers a story of lost love and dirty laundry that has burdened him since he was a child.
