Synopsis:
Catherine is the least sexual of any of the characters in this story. She is a divorced mother of a 17 year old girl named Rachel. A few years before, Rachel was molested by a stranger. They never caught the man and the effects of this drove a wedge through Catherine?s marriage. Today, she is engaged to a new man named Robert. Soon after the engagement announcement party, Robert meets Rachel for the first time. Although Catherine is an outsider to what is going on, it appears that Rachel is taking her revenge for what happened to her out on Robert. As a B-story, Catherine is frequently sent out of town for business trips. While out on these trips she is usually forced to share a room with a woman named Brooke. Brooke is a wild party girl who uses the business trips as excuses to have anonymous sex with strange men. Catherine is usually blatantly exposed to Brooke?s wild ways and, is constantly pressured to join in, which she resists.
