Synopsis:
The eldest daughter is more of the "social butterfly" if you will. She is always on the phone with one of her friends, or going out with her friends. She is a very vocal person when it comes to expressing herself so when their mother gives them the news of her health, she is the only one to express her emotions clearly and loudly. She ends up being put off by her younger sister's silence and tends to think she doesn't care their mom has cancer.

Silence is a short film about a mother and her two daughters, with the story focusing on the youngest daughter's perspective and how she deals with her mother telling them she has breast cancer.

-The youngest daughter is between 15-17 years old. She is a quiet type, usually keeping her emotions inside.
-The eldest daughter is around 20-21 years old and is more social and vocal with expressing herself.
-The whole script is about 9 pages and is dialogue driven. There is a lot of dialogue, especially with the mother and the eldest daughter. The youngest daughter does not have any big lines.
-It is about 3 scenes, an exterior of the front of the house, a kitchen scene, and a hallway/foyer scene.
-This is a student film project.
-The shooting dates are November 12th and November 14th.
