Synopsis: Mangus Spedgwick has always had a dream of playing “Jesus” in his high school’s production of “Jesus Christ Spectacular.” However, when a tragic accident happens to Mangus the school board takes away the role. This story is his struggle to regain his role as “Jesus” in his small Texas town so he can continue to follow in his father and grandfather’s footsteps.
