Synopsis:
A free-spirited woman scarred by her sister?s betrayal, now seeking to regain custody of her daughter, CLARA (Gabi Walker) who is gifted with a clairvoyant power. Clara is extremely mature for her age and has been isolated from the world since childhood b/c MARTA (Evie Armstrong), Sylvia's sister, is a stern former beauty queen whose ambitions and lust led to her exploitation of her gifted niece.

"The Dream Healer" is the feature film directorial debut of SA filmmaker Dora Pe?a and the next collaboration of G2E Svcs & JADO Prods. Previous projects of this team include the 48hr Film Project Winning Short "Encore" and "Crazy Life" an adaptation of the award-winning short story by Lou Mathews currently in distribution by Vanguard Int'l Cinema.

Additionally, "The Dream Healer" was workshopped in the NALIP/UCLA Latino Writers Lab in NY and the Latino Producers Academy in Tucson, AZ. It is scheduled to be filmed beginning this summer.
