Synopsis:
Beck's partner, and she's the primary detective investigating the murder of Ernesto Jiminez. Wholly unaware that Beck is a dirty cop who is owned by Greek gangster Virgil Vadalos, Rachel trusts him implicitly, and shares her information with Beck as she follows Raina's bloody trail across town. Rachel tells Beck just enough to keep him one step behind Raina. Soon after realizing that she's been sharing info with a mob-owned cop, Rachel is killed by one of Raina's dying victims.
