Hey,

I want to thank you for showing your interested in playing the part. Here are some brief info about the short film and about myself.

The short film is a monologue about a young man who misses his father. This is a one page script. Its really simple to film.

We are going to be holding video auditions. I have created an account on VIMEO (a video uploading site). What we are going to do, if you have a video camera or can borrow one you need to make a video auditions. So, technically just record your self acting with the script. You can do it multiple times or just one act. When your done videotaping your self you can just e-mail me and I can tell you the pw and user name so you can upload it, and instructions as well. YOU MUST HAVE A CAMERA OR BORROW ONE BEFORE I SEND THE SCRIPT.

I am going to tell you off the bat that I am a 17-year old student filmmaker and I hope that you take me seriously.
