Synopsis:
Airsoft players needed as extras for action student short:
We are looking for airsoft actors to be extras in an action/drama student short, shot entirely with a RED One HD camera. This film will be visual effects heavy. All applicants should be between the ages of 20-30. The production will be shot in and around San Francisco during the months of March/April 2010.
These are non-speaking roles that will require approximately 2-4 days of shooting, depending on the role. A total of 2-3 Rehearsals will take place during the months of February and March with principal photography starting mid March (exact dates TBD). Rehearsal location is TBD but will be in San Francisco. Shooting will be weekends only for 5 weekends, however not all roles will be required for all shooting days. You will be portraying a soldier from a former east soviet country.
There is a physical demand on the actors for these roles so you will be expected to be in a moderate to high level of physical. Uniform requirements are Woodland BDUs and black shirts or select T-shirts. All uniforms must be approved by the directors, prior to filming. Weapons must be Non-U.S. issue (AK variants, Uzi, G33, Etc.).
