What: CELEBRATION for the New TEXAS Film Incentives!

When: Date Saturday September 12, 2009

Time: 7pm-12am

Where: 501 Studios in Austin, TX. Saturday September 12, 2009

(NOTE: You MUST be on the guest-list to attend this party, please do not show up with out registering. Any guests you wish to bring must also be in the film industry and register as well. The instructions on how to register for the guest-list are below, the more information filled out on the registration form the better. You must tell us what you do in the film industry! YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD! Once on the list, you will get periodic updates, instructions, and communication from WPFG Studios about the party as needed, ALL UPDATES WILL BE POSTED HERE UNDER UPDATES!

Cover: There is NO COVER CHARGE, however everyone must bring at least one food item for the homeless, and should bring a party snack item and/or beverage/mixer to go with the sponsored alcohol. There will be a coordination effort between WPFG Studios and attendees to make sure the party doesn't end up with 500 of the same snack items etc. :)

GET ON THE GUESTLIST: Just click the "I'm Interested" button in the top right corner or at the bottom of this page. YOU MUST TELL US WHAT YOU DO! Once accepted, you will get an invite (not immediately), and once you reply to that invite... you're on the guest-list! This Guest-list platform is being created by Slatecast for the party, and will be available to other filmmakers after the party for future entertainment industry events. The party will be an awesome mixing event, and attendees (who are 21+) will enjoy beverages provided by Quatro Copas Tequila, Tito's Vodka, Shiner, and Jager! Mmmmm.... :)

Periodic entertainment will be provided by a few really great local live musical performers. It's a filmmaker party, so musical guests will be performing very short sets, leaving plenty of time for MIXING! There will be an insane amount of mixing, mingling, and celebrating! We are celebrating the new TEXAS film incentive package, and the film industry in TEXAS!

NOTE: This is a private party, and people must be on the guest-list to attend. Space will be limited, so PLEASE do not request a slot on the guest-list if you do not plan to attend!

The party is FREE for entertainment professionals, but EVERYONE MUST bring at least one non-perishable food item for the homeless. You may also bring clothing donations in addition to the food! Let's reach out to the members of our community who need a little help!

The Wolfpack's plan is to donate part of the donations to the Safe Place and part of the donations to Mobile Loaves and Fishes; two organizations that do a lot of good for the less fortunate, hurting, and often overlooked members of our community!

There will be a behind the scenes video shot at the party, on set editing on site prepping the BTS Video, live switching the cameras filming, and we will be streaming the party live for all who can't make it to the party.

The BTS video of the party will also be included on the press release about the party, which will be sent out on the news wire after the happy fun times!
