Hello I'm Rico. I am shooting a new film in the next two weeks. This is on a volunteer basis, so unfortunately no one will be paid. However lunch will be provided. This movie is about a woman who would like to apply for a position at work, but she is afraid due to a) being a woman and b) having an accent. She feels she is incapable of doing the job. When nervous Maria's accent becomes very thick, making her extremely nervous. This is one of her weaknesses.

Maria Barera - 23-30yrs Hispanic - Capable of speaking with an accent (Cuban) and speaking clear English on Demand.

Mike Hillman (Caucasian, Southern) 30-50yrs is very prejudice against immigrants. Smooth-talker, and a bit chubby.

Marty Clark (Caucasian) 30-45yrs mike's sidekick, but is sort of an apprentice.

Mr. Fines (African Amerian) 25-40 yrs Superintendent Manager of the company's operations. Witty, strict, but polite.

Hispanic male 55-65yrs (Cuban) Or at least able to portray someone with a Cunban accent
