Filmmaker / local college faculty member needs five (5) actors for 12 minute short horror film. Film is one of six parts. Each part shares the same theme - dark spirits seeking retribution - and when completed will comprise a horror anthology feature.
Auditions will be held at Columbia College Chicago, 1104 S. Wabash:
Monday, OCTOBER 25th, Room 313, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Saturday, OCTOBER 30th, Room 307, 12noon to 3pm
Sides will be provided.
ALSO: MUA needed with experience or interest in doing SFX makeup for our creatures.
We're filming in Northern Wisconsin over two days. Including travel that's a total of 3 days. We will drive up on a Friday, shoot that evening and throughout the next day, Saturday, then return to Chicago on Sunday.
We will provide transportation if you do not have it, and will reimburse you for gas expense.
If you need to bring a chaperone, you may bring one.
Sleeping space at the house we're staying has its limits, so you must confirm bringing someone and if you are of legal age it is preferred we take only those people necessary to make the film.
You will be fed during production and you will receive a copy of the final film and full credit in the film.
You must sign a talent release and you should expect to participate in at least one rehearsal prior to production.
