Casting Call Details
A PILOT IN WWI. / Lead
This will require a lot of imagination since you will be acting alone as if you're interacting with the environment. Must be blue-eyed, and decent looking. As I mentioned earlier, this is a design-based, and visually oriented piece. Think of a Music Video(MTV). These shots will be composited with 3d elements afterwards.
There will be scenes where you will be on a plane, jumping off the burning plane, freefall in the sky, landing on a bird, bobbing in and out of the water, and riding a shark. These are physically choreographed performances which you will basically act in front of the green screen. Mind you this is how StarWars was shot.
Wardrobe: A pilot's outfit in early 1900s(WWI). Leather halmet(one with earcover) and eye goggles. Leather jacket. Boots. Neck muffler.
A pilot during WWI, confronts a flock of strange birds in the sky and has his plane(3d) in flame. He manages to get on one of these birds(3d) and soars above the ocean, when he is again attacked by a giant octopus(3d) and falls into the ocean. He bobs in and out of the water(illustration), but get on the back of the shark which swims near by, and reaches the mysterious underwater where beautiful mermaids greet him.
