Synopsis:
Character is an elderly (70s-80s) caucasian Lithuanian male, small to medium-build. He has a deep love and bond with his wife. His mild Alzheimer's causes confusion and moments of great doubt. The role offers great emotional range from mortifying fear of loss, to hopelessness, to eternal joy.

An elderly, Alzheimer's embattled man searches for his wife during his transition from life into death. Shot in modern day Chicago, this film will offer fleeting glimpses into the deep Lithuanian American history in the city.

This is a short film project partially funded by a cultural/arts grant by the Lithuanian Foundation. The main character is an elderly Lithuanian American caucasian male. Shoot length is 1-2 days, will work to fit your schedule. If interested, please send your resume and headshot, and if possible I would like to meet with you briefly this Friday/Saturday (2/26 -2/27) as an informal casting call. If you are unavailable this weekend it will not be a problem, as the shooting schedule is flexible for April/May.
