Synopsis:
Late teens/early twenties.  He is ambitious, less mature than Ana, and restless when he's not working.  He has a sense of humor and a playfulness that initially attracted Ana to him, but that now frustrates her as their situation of being young, poor and pregnant has settled in. He is not sure he is ready to be a father.

Manny & Ana came to the US together as teenagers to earn money to support their families back home, but their plans quickly changed when Ana became pregnant.  Now 4 months into her pregnancy, the young couple - without documentation or health care - take a day trip from Herndon, Virginia to a free clinic in the Washington, DC.  Manny misses work because of it, and is none too happy about it.  When they receive additional unexpected news about the pregnancy, Manny & Ana realize it is time to decide if they are ready to take the step forward together into parenthood.
